Low Carbohydrate Dessert Recipes

Cheese Pancakes



Easy Cheese Pancakes from the low carbohydrate dessert recipes here use soyflour instead of the plain flour as the former type has lower carbohydrate. The soyflour provides lighter texture to the pancakes. We use virgin coconut oil for its health benefits. The fragrant aroma of the coconut also complements the cheese flavour very well.

These pancakes are no bake desserts. These easy to make dessert recipes can be ready in less than twenty minutes. They are good to be enjoyed with a good yogurt drink on a hot afternoon.


Ingredients

6 				Eggs
3 tbsp			Soy Flour
3 tbsp 			Virgin Coconut Oil
4 pcs				Cheese Slices; low fat
1 tsp				Salt
3 tbsp			Virgin Coconut Oil; for cooking

Method

Slice cheese slices into slivers. Set aside first.

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add in soy flour and virgin coconut oil. Blend well. Lastly add in salt.

Pour virgin coconut oil onto prepared pan. Pour one ladle at a time. Arrange slivers of cheese onto batter. Once brown on both sides, remove onto plate. Serve immediately.
