Custard Cendol Pudding



Pudding desserts like this Custard Cendol Pudding as featured in the collection of simple dessert recipes use coconut milk and cendol strips. These custard puddings are easy to make dessert recipes as you will only need to mix them together well before cooking them. As for the cendol strips, you could either make your own cendol or you can buy them from your supermarkets nearby.


Ingredients
110 g			        	Custard Powder
2 cups				Coconut Milk; extracted from 1 coconut
6 tbsp				Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp				Salt
1/2 tsp				Pandan Essence
2/3 cup				Cendol Strips

Method

Mix custard powder with coconut milk until dissolved. Bring to boil over low heat. Then add sugar and salt and keep stirring until completely dissolved.

Turn off heat. Pour into square tin. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Now spoon in cendol strips and distribute evenly into the custard mixture. Let cool completely and chill until set. You may enjoy this pudding dessert with melted palm sugar if you wish.
