Healthy Dessert Recipe
Easy Banana Whip
You can make the Easy Banana Whip which are low fat healthy desserts and ideal if you want to make a quick snack. For banana desserts, it is best to use bananas that are well ripened for rich flavour and you may even add a dash of cinnamon to enhance the banana flavour.
This is a healthy dessert recipe that even your kids can easily prepare. Fruit dessert recipes are usually pretty easy to make as all you would most require is a good food processor or blender.
Ingredients
3 Ripe Bananas
3 tbsp Cream Cheese; low fat
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Natural Yogurt
1 tbsp Manuka Honey
1/4 tsp Banana Essence
2 tsp Chopped Pecans
Method
Using a food processor, blend bananas until just blended. Add cream cheese, cinnamon, yogurt and banana essence. Blend for a minute. Spoon onto prepared bowls.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Drizzle lightly with honey. Now sprinkle over with chopped pecans and serve chilled.
