This is one low sugar nutritious blend when you need that pick-me-up and not having to worry about calories.These diabetic desserts drinks are really easy desserts which you can make in 10 minutes and enjoy immediately. I would recommend blending the fruits with ice for that really cold scrumptious shake.
Ingredients 1 cup Papaya Juice
3 tbsp Orange Juice
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/3 cup Frozen Raspberries
2 tbsp Low Fat Milk Powder
2/3 cup Low Fat Fresh Milk
2 sachets Natural Sweetener
1 Banana; cut into slices
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Ice Cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients until well blended. Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy your drink!
