Jolly Jello, the jello dessert recipe in our Christmas dessert recipes collection are cold christmas desserts that will please especially the young ones. These easy Christmas desserts can be made the night before the party. You can be adventurous and add other fruits if you like as the base of this jello is white. Ingredients 25 g Jello Strips 500 ml Water 70 g Granulated Sugar 100 g Rock Sugar 1 tsp Rose Essence 100 ml Evaporated Milk 200 g Sliced Peaches 10 Cherries; red and green; sliced Method Wash jello strips and cut into halves. Boil strips in water until it completely dissolves. Now add granulated and rock sugar. Continue to boil until jello mixture starts to thicken. Turn off heat. Stir in rose essence and milk. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes before pouring into glass moulds. Add cherries and peaches into jello mixture. Chill well in fridge.
