Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge
Marshmallow Chocolate FudgeIngredients 1 cup Butter
3 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
340 g Evaporated Milk
30 Marshmallows, large and cut into smaller pieces
2 (180 g each) Chocolate Candy Bars; broken into smaller pieces
2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 cups Pecans; nibbed Method
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and milk and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let it boil for another five minutes while stirring continuously. Turn off the heat. Add in marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows have melted. Now stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add in chocolate bars and stir until melted. Pour mixture into greased square baking pan. Chill until firm before cutting.
