Orange Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
1200 g 	        		Ricotta cheese
8 		                	Eggs
1 1/2 cup		        	Fine Sugar
1 cup 		        	Evaporated Full Cream Milk
1/2 cup				Fresh Orange Juice
2 		                 	Oranges; grated zest only
2 		                	Lemons; grated zest only
3 tbsp	      	        	Brandy
1 tbsp 		        	Melted Butter
1/4 cup 		         	Plain Bread Crumbs

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C .

Using an electric mixer, beat ricotta cheese until creamy and smooth. Add eggs, sugar, and milk. Blend until well-blended and smooth. Add orange and lemon zest and brandy. Mix well thoroughly.

Grease baking pan and coat lightly with bread crumbs. Pour cheesecake mixture until 3/4 full. Set pan in a larger pan filled half full with water and bake for 60 to 75 minutes. Turn off heat. Let cake stand in oven for about an hour. Remove cake and allow to cool before keeping in fridge. Chill well before serving.
