This simple desserts recipes combine both plums and peach and the unique taste of both fruits complement each other rather well. If you want a variation to easy desserts like this, you have plenty of choices. You can add kahlua, amaretto or other essences of your choice or top it up with your favourite nut flakes. You can even change the fruits for example, maybe raspberries with blueberries would be as great. You get the idea. 11 Plums; cut into small cubes. 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 1/4 cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt 1 1/4 cups Heavy Cream 1/4 cup Fine Granulated Sugar (or as desired) 1 tsp Rum or Brandy 1/2 can Cubed Peaches; for garnish Method Sprinkle brown sugar onto plum wedges and leave aside. Leave some for garnish Mix yogurt and heavy cream and cream with a mixer until creamy and thick. Add in granulated sugar and rum/brandy. Blend well. Prepare desired glasses or maybe wineglasses. Spoon sugared plum cubes into each glasses as the 1st layer. Then add cream mixture as the next layer. Repeat alternating with plum cubes and cream.
