Plain Cheesecake Recipes
This is one of the Plain Cheesecake recipes that is a very simple cheesecake recipe even for beginners who want to bake their very own homemade cream cheese desserts. Plain easy cheesecake recipes can be flavoured with essences or extracts of your choice, for example, vanilla essencae or chocolate.
Ingredients For Crust 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1/3 cup Icing Sugar
Ingredients For Filling
450 g Cream Cheese
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Castor Sugar
Method
To prepare crust: Mix together cracker crumbs with melted butter and icing sugar, and press firmly well onto a greased 9" spring form pan. Chill in fridge first. To prepare filling: Beat together cream cheese with eggs and sugar until well blended and creamy. Pour mixture over chilled pie crust. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheesecake turns golden brown. Allow to cool before storing in fridge. Best to serve chilled. Tip: Decorate with sliced peaches, if desired.
