Diabetic Dessert Recipes - Rhubarb Raspberry Jello

Rhubarb-Raspberry Jello Ingredients 2 cups Rhubarb
1 packet Sugar Free Raspberry Jello Powder
1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 1/4 cup Water
Method
Boil rhubarb in saucepan with 1 cup water until rhubarb is soft and tender. Stir in jello powder until dissolved. Now add remaining water. Stir well before pouring into desired moulds or dish. Chill until set. Garnish with fresh raspberries and cool whip, if desired.
