Chinese stir fry recipes are usually quick to prepare and hassle free. Most important, the meat and vegetables must be cleaned and cut first prior to heating up the wok. I remembered when I first started cooking. I heated up the oil in the wok while trying to cut the ingredients at the same time. The cutting took a bit too long. My wok caught fire from excessive heating. I scrambled to put out the fire. Sufficed to say, I learnt well
thereon. If possible, serve the dish immediately once scooped out from the wok.
